The Leader brings the plan to life through his/her behavior. Implicitly, the Leader’s values and beliefs drive their behavior. Explicitly, the Leader establishes mission and systems that drive organizational behavior (the collaborative behavior of the collective).
This is implementation, integration, and execution … this is bringing a plan to life.
