Focus is not the opposite of multi-tasking.
Nor is prioritization in opposition of multi-tasking. I’ve come to believe that the 21st Century phenomenon known as multi-tasking is taking an unfair hit. Now I’m a fan of starting what is worth doing and completing it. However, this does not mean that all multi-tasking activities are without focus.
Excellence is only in the moment.
A Confident leader is a Present leader. He/she focuses on what they do with all their being and full intention – Now.
Why? Because they know that personal excellence occurs only in the moment … because of present, individual attention.
