		<description><![CDATA[I couldn&#039;t agree with you more on this point.  I&#039;ve found if I don&#039;t take the time to recharge my batteries, I am not ready to face the intellectual challenges my job faces day in and day out.  Even worse, I find myself mentally fatigued and not able to spend the right time with my team.  This is time they badly need to be heard and recognized.  In the end, it doesn&#039;t have to be hours to recharge, but it does have to part of your regular routine.]]></description>
