A sustainable focus and a true, empowering freedom will be a difficult proposition if one is not driven by a clear purpose.
The fifth learning is about the confident leader; a leader with new confidence. This confident leader has purpose; but may need assistance in articulating it in a clear, guiding manner.
Purpose – the empowering clarity of purpose – is a guiding energy. Purpose is the point of focus for personal choice and professional decision.
I’ve learned that an individual’s purpose is not found. It does not have to be discovered. Purpose is there inside you. It always has been. You just need to embrace it; trust it.
Purpose is in your core. Your purpose is uniquely yours. Trust it. Be patient in understanding your unique purpose. Understanding is a process.
