I work with organizational Leaders who have a desire to grow personally and professionally using an approach that builds on individual authenticity – from a base of values/strengths.
I help leaders communicate for success & build healthy cultures around values. I do this through my leadership Coaching Programs, dialogue facilitation, and my group program; Leadership – Collective Development.
All of my work, is for you and your confidence as a leader.
In particular, this blog is about … well, I will borrow from the words of Thomas Jefferson: “He who receives an idea from me, receives instruction himself without lessening mine; as he who lights his taper at mine, receives light without darkening me.”
The BasicApproach Coaching process is about helping the leader take Personal Accountability.
The BasicApproach Methodology is a Values-based process that gives the individual permission to be who they are – fully leveraging their strengths that emanate from their values.
