I work with organizational Leaders who have a desire to grow personally and professionally using an approach that builds on individual authenticity – from a base of values/strengths.
I help leaders communicate for success & build healthy cultures around values. I do this through my leadership Coaching Programs and my work facilitating Strategic Story.
All of my work, is for you and your confidence as a leader.

The Brunson Coaching process is about helping the leader take Personal Accountability.
The Brunson Methodology is a Values-based process that gives the individual permission to be who they are – fully leveraging their strengths that emanate from their values.
