Investing in Leadership

I had the privilege of being called to a meeting by my Chamber CEO to meet with area High School Principals. My Chamber is very involved in many programs supporting workforce development and the proactive level of Youth – while being very dedicated to the development of those Young Leaders.

I was there representing the Youth Leadership program I’ve co-chaired with Tim for the last 5 years. In our meeting with these Principals, we began a dialogue I trust will develop, unfold, and mature over the next few years and serve to bring our educators and regional business leaders closer.

Why is this important? First and foremost it is important to simply create the opportunity for real Dialogue. And of course it’s also important to our society as we move ever closer to The Impending Crisis.

I remain committed to my Youth Leadership program in order to do my part in preparing these young Leaders for today and tomorrow – to create those Leaders who are entrepreneurial, innovative, creative, caring, inclusive, and free!

About Jeff Brunson

In this whirling 21st Century the individual needs to embrace the authentic self and confidently leverage the energy and power found there. As we entered the 21st Century, I became more concerned about what leaders like you needed for successful influence and personal fulfillment. As we move deeper into this challenging 21st Century, I’m more convinced than ever that the core of my work is in helping individual leaders remember who they are − a trueness. It is about confidence found in your authenticity.
