What is your motivation for listening – for being in the moment with another person?

As a Leader, it’s often to simply learn –

  • Learn something new about a client
  • Learn more about your employee’s strengths and desires
  • Or to learn from other experts to build your own expertise and credibility.

Remember, as a 21st Century Leader you are constantly gathering information. Information is the currency of the 21st Century Leader. Earn it and spend it wisely.
