Listen, Learn, and Lead (Leading is the Result) – Part 3 of 3

A real, present level of listening puts you in a learning mindset and opens you up to be taught … to be taught by the speaker and by the spirit of what you’ve heard.

More than anything, a real, present level of listening sparks energy for the many components critical to a Leader:

  • Clarity
  • Focus
  • Effective Decision Making

We listen to gather information – not judge or assess – just gather. From what we hear, we learn. We learn about the other person and we learn from them. The equation is balanced when we then make decisions leveraging our new information.

Listen, Learn, and Lead. This is what Confident Leaders do!

It’s worth the time!

About Jeff Brunson

In this whirling 21st Century the individual needs to embrace the authentic self and confidently leverage the energy and power found there. As we entered the 21st Century, I became more concerned about what leaders like you needed for successful influence and personal fulfillment. As we move deeper into this challenging 21st Century, I’m more convinced than ever that the core of my work is in helping individual leaders remember who they are − a trueness. It is about confidence found in your authenticity.
