As a Leader, you don’t have to have all the answers – but in the 21st Century, you do have to create the space where they’re found.
Even when you do have the answer, it may be more important for you to create the space for others to come to their own conclusions.
In my past Leadership roles I learned that impact was always greater when I withheld my own conclusions, facilitated the space for dialogue, and allowed others to determine collective, desired outcomes and corresponding processes to achieve them.
