Collegial Collaboration is Critical

I enter 2008 very focused on collegial collaboration – for myself and for those I Coach.

For myself … I’m even more committed to the collegial gathering I helped found 4 years ago. I need this interaction more than ever as my business enters a growth stage where creativity and experiential dialogue is more critical than ever before.

For my Coaching Clients … I’m creating an organization to provide a collegial Leadership experience (more to come).

In  the meantime, I offer this short article on Cultivating a Culture of Collaboration by Seth Kahn. Please take time to read. Seeing collaboration in this frame is important for your Leadership success in the 21st Century.

About Jeff Brunson

In this whirling 21st Century the individual needs to embrace the authentic self and confidently leverage the energy and power found there. As we entered the 21st Century, I became more concerned about what leaders like you needed for successful influence and personal fulfillment. As we move deeper into this challenging 21st Century, I’m more convinced than ever that the core of my work is in helping individual leaders remember who they are − a trueness. It is about confidence found in your authenticity.
