The Collective

Desire & Intent:

My desire is to see the individual lives of Leaders enriched by confidence, effectiveness, and success.

My intent is to create an organization where Leaders share knowledge, network, and compassion.

For now I think of this organization as The Collective. I really like the word collective because of its definition:

“Collective – it is treated as singular when the collection is thought of as a whole – and as plural when the individual members are thought of as acting separately”

The Collective is a social system of Leaders and collaboration is how the system is managed. To begin with, this organization is virtual and I plan to see this site (this blog) be used as a platform of connection.

I look forward to the unfolding … and to participating with you in this collective network of Leaders.
