Aware and Confident

She was telling me how good it was to know that others were recognizing her Brand – not just what she does, but how she does it.

She was remembering an assignment she had received. When the assignment was presented to her, the manager was clear on why they wanted her to take this on. This is when she said it:

“Your Brand makes you more aware and confident.”

People begin to ‘think’ about you in light of opportunity based on what they have observed – “They saw how I did what I do.”
