Active Learners

I’m no spring chicken … I’m not done either! I’m a learner. I study diligently. A dedication to learning keeps me motivated and brings color to the canvas of my work.

It’s pretty clear that our society has transformed many of us into knowledge and service workers. We learn less by doing and more by experiencing … and by creating an experience.

In the 21st Century we turn knowledge and service into an experience with tangible results. This tangibility is guaranteed only by our dedication to learn and apply that learning.

Over the years I’ve discovered that gathering information is only rewarding when I give it away. I gather information, I experiment by offering it in an applicable situation … I then learn. This is my learning and application method.

Some may say that I’m learning by teaching. I would not disagree.

About Jeff Brunson

In this whirling 21st Century the individual needs to embrace the authentic self and confidently leverage the energy and power found there. As we entered the 21st Century, I became more concerned about what leaders like you needed for successful influence and personal fulfillment. As we move deeper into this challenging 21st Century, I’m more convinced than ever that the core of my work is in helping individual leaders remember who they are − a trueness. It is about confidence found in your authenticity.
